We roasted transparently sourced cacao beans and hazelnuts then ground them together with cane sugar, milk powder, cocoa butter and just a pinch of Sea Salt.
The result: A smooth and creamy bean to bar milk chocolate with a flavour profile that leads with chocolate and ends with a strong hazelnut taste.
The artwork on the package was completed by Kristofer Parley. Kristofer is a Victoria based artist who focuses on working with water colours and ink. Cacao beans sourced directly from: Nahua, Upala, Costa Rica.
