One of Mark’s favourite sandwiches growing up was peanut butter and banana.
We took his love of that sandwich and turned it into a dark chocolate bar.
This bean to bar chocolate is made with cacao transparently sourced from the Sierra Nevada jungle, real banana and our very own house-made sourdough, this creation features smooth chocolate with a delightful crunch.
The artwork on the package is of sugar cane and was completed by Kristofer Parley. Kristofer is a Victoria based artist who focuses on working with water colours and ink.
