Truly Madagascar in origin – this bar is made with cacao from the Bejofo Estate and a Madagascan chili called the pili pili. It’s slow to kick in, spicy, and leaves you wanting more.
The front of this box shows a little bit of the Saint Andrews coastline as the tide is out. Saint Andrews is located on the Passamaquoddy Bay, an inlet off the Bay of Fundy, and experiences some of the largest tidal ranges in the world.
The artwork on the package was completed by Kristofer Parley. Kristofer is a Victoria based artist who focuses on working with water colours and ink. We met him our first year in St. Andrews while he was staying in town for the KIRA Artist Residency. For more information on him please visit the Staying Creative Studio.
