This isn’t your average white chocolate. For this limited release bar we toast milk powder until it is a rich golden colour then we grind freshly roasted pistachios right into the chocolate. This is a smoooooth, nutty & roasty white chocolate.
The cocoa butter we use is sourced from Delicacies Valley and comes from Venezuela.
The front of this box shows a little bit of the Saint Andrews coastline as the tide is out. Saint Andrews is located on the Passamaquoddy Bay, an inlet off the Bay of Fundy, and experiences some of the largest tidal ranges in the world.
The artwork on the package was completed by Kristofer Parley. Kristofer is a Victoria based artist who focuses on working with water colours and ink. We met him our first year in St. Andrews while he was staying in town for the KIRA Artist Residency. For more information on him please visit the Staying Creative Studio.
