The Extra Mile
The chocolate used in each shell and ganache is uniquely crafted for its purpose in the truffle. We make all the chocolate, using transparently sourced cacao beans, with careful attention to detail in every step of the process.
Decorations
We paint our truffles using naturally coloured cocoa butter. Colours are blended in-house from base cocoa butters that use beets, spirulina, annatto, red cabbage,
and other colours found
in nature.
Freshness
Our fresh truffles are made with real cream and butter. We never use corn syrup, glucose or stabilizers. Fresh, clean ingredient truffles can have a short shelf life; please be aware of the best before date on your box.
Storage
For optimal flavour and texture, store at a cool room temperature (18-21ºC), in a dry environment away from direct sunlight and heat. It is best not to refrigerate chocolate unless absolutely necessary. If you need to, make sure it’s in a sealed container. Bring back to room temperature before opening the sealed container to avoid condensation.

Some truffles contain dairy. Some contain peanuts or tree nuts. There may be cross contamination.
