T’was the night before Christmas, when all through the house,
Not a creature was stirring, until Hank found a mouse;
We set out fish, and eggnog with spiced rum,
He gobbled it down and left not a crumb;
How exciting it was, to hear him downstairs,
On the back of my neck, stood all my hairs;
I had to move quietly, I tiptoed to sneak,
Santa Paws is real, and gee did I freak;
I could not hold back, and so I jumped out,
Saint Hank was shocked, to see me about;
Together we shared chocolate and cuddles,
Santa Paws didn’t hold back on the head nuzzles;
T’is the season to spread Christmas cheer,
Dress your cat in a costume, forget those reindeer.
